Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.....

I used a very scientific method for choosing the winner of Financial Peace Revisited. First I asked my son to pick a number between 1 and 64 and he chose 600, so then I cried for twenty minutes because, obviously I'm not teaching him anything. Then I decided to do what most army generals do, DIVIDE AND CONQUER. So I took the total number and divided by 4, because that's how many children I'm currently trying to screw up and send out into the world.

And the winner is Mrs. Chisholm from The Chisholm Family who is a new mommy and has a very cute little chunka lunka of a tater tot boy.

Please email me your contact info to adshowers@gmail.com

And now I share with you my sadness to see Maurice Greene leave the dancing arena. This dance made me very happy. Now I must go learn all the dance steps and perform it for you all, but first I need a very twirly skirt with lots of sparkles. For the top I will wear one of my two bras that have not disintegrated and I will paint it with puffy paints and attach some fringe, yes that's what I will do.

Okay, gotta go, lots of sequins to sew!!!

How long did it take your sister to bust you on 'sequence to sew'? ;)

Patiently waiting for dance number!

Wait, who said "sequence" first? My little blog reading list on my dashboard says it was Rechelle. I'm confused. That's not unusual for me, so don't worry.

I love that dance number! They made it look so good. And he was wearing heels! I think it's about time men learned what that's like. Not that I particularly like the sight of men in heels. Ew. But in this case you couldn't tell because of the pants. Heels and a skirt would really be taking it too far. I don't desire empathy that badly. I'd rather just skip the heels and skirt myself.

Where was I? Oh yes, I too am looking forward to seeing you and Clay perform this dance number. If you're going to come anywhere close to recreating that costume, I recommend using some sort of adhesive to hold it all in place. This is a family blog, right? Wardrobe malfunctions would not be good.

DANCING WITH THE STARS! I found your blog through life's little adventures. I had to click on that title. My kids and I love dancing with the stars. It's one of the few shows we actually watch! Love the title of your blog post!

Pam and Jenni,

It took me awhile to understand what the heck you're talking about!!!! I was like sequence, you know SEQUENCE!!! Then as I was busy cooking in the kitchen my brain cleared and I was like Ohhhhh, sequins, duh.

I REALLY want to see the video of you in your puff-paint, sequined bra... PLEASE OH PLEASE... I think I might pee my pants laughing just to think about it!

I was very dismayed that I did not win the Damn Ramsey contest, but I then I realized ... hey I did not enter. Yeah I even went back to check. How could this happen? I try to comment frequently, even when I have nothing of value to say.

Like now ...

I think you and Clay should recreate one of the sequined twirly skirt dance numbers from Dancing With the Stars, video it, post it on your blog. I dare ya ... double dog dare ya!

I take it you and your sister had the same spelling teacher.

Unless a "sequence" belt is a sequence of linked shiny things as opposed to sparkly spots.

I was scratching my head too. Thought you two just had an inside joke or something.

Congrats to Mrs. Chisholm!!

Yes... congrats to Ms. Chisholm, who with a new mommy brain needs damn ramnsey math more than anyone! Love the math equation that won it for her the mostest!
Not sure the cha-cha should ever find a man in cuban heels. We should have left those in the 60's!

Thanks for sharing the dance! I haven't gotten to watch much of DWTS this season, so your link to it made me happy, too!!! Shame he didn't make the cut - he was good! Hope your bra doesn't cover much if you are trying to look like Cheryl!!! Congrats to Mrs. Chisholm, my family is a big believer in Dave Ramsey.

Well when you get way ahead on Dave's plan you can buy yourself a new bra from Victorias Secret. The Christmas catalogue has a sparkly one for $5,000,000.
I need to brush up on the Financial Peace classes we took several years ago.
