Der Hur!

Disclaimer:  For the next month or year or however long it takes me to get over my anxiety about moving and packing and saying goodbye to people that I love and... oh, pardon me while I exhale my innards for the ninety fourth time today....gulp, hmmm tastes like chicken.  Anyway, during this transition, I would like to apologize for my inability to type or speak or edit any of my posts.  I realized my grammar in some of my previous posts were, well, uh, let's just say I won't be hired to write any articles for the New Yorker anytime soon and people might express concern that I homeschool my youngins.

I also had some of you spinning in circles while I directed you around the house....two lefts do not make a right.

Is any of this making sense?  If I even have a moment of clarity before Christmas it will be a miracle.  Stick with me people, the fog will clear and I'll speak coherently somed....uh, what was I saying?

Hi~

Hang in there and you'll be all moved in before you know it. We moved twice (from Texas to Minnesota and then from Minnesota to Wisconsin) last year. We thought we'd end up in the loony bins, but somehow we actually made it. When all else fails, try a large iced espresso drink and a large pastry. That usually makes me so jittery and full of sugar that I can't worry or stress about anything. :)

I don't read your blog for lessons in grammer. I just love hearing about your life. So keep blogging and know that I'll be here waiting for the latest updates!

I agree with Jean. You make me laugh. And now I want to come live with you. I love the house and the driveway.

I'm not blogging anymore, more or less. Less is more, you know, except blah, blah, blah...

April, I have been out of town and I see I have missed A LOT! I am SO happy for you. I think I really can imagine a little of how you must feel. Or I can anticipate it, is a better way to put it, maybe. What an answer to prayer! Things like this just encourage me so much. It reminds me that God really does care for the desires of our heart. I have to tell you I was running through my links tonight at 1:30 am because I was just laying in bed crying over our friends' sick baby. I am so discouraged over how long she has been in the PICU and just how sick, possibly even permanently, she is. I know the house is sort of a whole different thing, but it is just so encouraging to see how God answers prayers, sometimes way beyond what we imagined, and always in His perfect timing. I feel a little bit of hope renewed as I am reminded of His goodness through your recent testimony of it. Sorry if this is totally rambling, I just wanted to thank you- and of course, congratulate you, your new home is lovely, and I am so happy you are going HOME!

Hang in there April. I moved to Wichita almost 18 months ago and I'm still adjusting. I'm confident you will do better than that. With that amazingly perfect farm house and family so much closer, it will be great--nay, I say perfect. Actually, seems so perfect that it's hard not to think that its God's plan for you life right now. Rechelle+boys visited us in suburban Wichita this weekend. She was, of course, very excited for your move. I would love it if my sister would move back to Kansas but after 25 years in northern CA that's probably not happening. Good luck with the move and hang in there.
